Work with a finished meeting
Rewrite the summary, flag lines, add notes, name the speakers, listen again and export.
Rewrite the summary
- On the meeting page, click More actions (the three dots at the top right), then Refine summary.
- Pick a template: General summary, Short brief, Action items, Decisions or Follow-up email.
- Add an instruction if you want, such as “make it shorter”, then click Rewrite summary.
To read, share or email the summary, see After the meeting.
Flag a line
- In the transcript, point to a line and click Flag line (⚑).
- Click it again to take the flag off.
Add a note to a line
- Point to a line and click Add note (✎).
- The Notes tab opens. Type your note and press Enter.
In Notes, click a note to go back to its line.
See only flagged or noted lines
- Above the transcript, click Flagged or Noted. Click All to see every line again.
These buttons appear after you flag a line or add a note.
Search this meeting
- Above the transcript, type a word in Search this meeting.
- Only the lines with that word stay, and the word is highlighted.
Name the speakers
- Click a speaker's name, under the meeting title or above their lines.
- Type their name and click Save.
The name changes on all of their lines in this meeting.
Listen again
- Click Play under the transcript.
- To listen faster, click Playback speed (1×). Each click changes it: 1.25×, 1.5×, 2×, then 1× again.
Click the time above a line to go to that moment in the recording.
Export the meeting
- At the top of the meeting page, click Export.
You get a text file with the summary, the action items, the email draft and the whole transcript, with times and translations.
