Voxtiva is built on open-source software. Almost none of what makes it work was written by us: the framework that renders every page, the browser that joins your Google Meet call, the audio tooling that turns a meeting into something a speech model can read, and the type the whole product is set in were all written by other people and given away. This page names them and carries the notices their licences require.
Voxtiva is a hosted web service. You are not given a copy of any of this software; you use it over the internet through a browser. That distinction runs through the whole page, because it is what most licence obligations turn on.
Copyleft status: what we found
No GPL, LGPL, AGPL, MPL or other copyleft component is used in the Voxtiva application itself. Every one of the 421 packages installed from the JavaScript dependency tree is under a permissive licence: MIT, Apache-2.0, ISC, BSD, Blue Oak, or narrower still. There is nothing in the web application or the bot's own code that carries a reciprocal source-disclosure obligation.
Copyleft software does run on our servers, inside the meeting bot's container. The bot runs on a Debian Linux image and calls out to FFmpeg and PulseAudio, which are licensed under the LGPL, alongside the ordinary Debian userland, parts of which are GPL. That software is installed and run by us on our own machines. It is never sent to you, never bundled into anything you download, and never linked into code we distribute.
That matters because GPL and LGPL obligations attach to distribution. Running a GPL or LGPL program on a server to provide a service is not distribution, and it does not trigger a duty to publish source. The one common licence that does reach across a network is the GNU Affero GPL, and no AGPL-licensed component exists anywhere in Voxtiva: not in the application, not in the bot, not in the container. We checked the whole installed tree for AGPL, GPL, LGPL, MPL, EUPL, CDDL, CC-BY-SA, OSL, CPAL and SSPL and found none in the JavaScript dependencies.
So there is no source-code offer we are obliged to make. We describe how to get the source of the copyleft components we run anyway, below.

Bot container system software
The bot runs in a container built from debian:bookworm-slim. This is where the copyleft software is. None of it is distributed to anyone; it is installed by us, on our own machines, to run the service.

Voxtiva is set in four typefaces. All four are served to your browser from Google Fonts at page load; we do not host or redistribute the font files ourselves.

The SIL Open Font License permits use, study, modification and redistribution of these fonts, including in commercial products, provided the fonts are not sold on their own and the licence and copyright notice travel with any redistributed version. This notice satisfies that requirement.
Noto Sans JP is the reason the product can set an English line and a Japanese line in the same typeface, on the same baseline, without the two looking like they came from different documents.
Loading fonts from Google's servers discloses your IP address to Google on every page view. That is a privacy matter rather than a licensing one, and it is covered in the Privacy Policy.
Images, video, icons and flags
The flags are ours. The fifteen national flags shown next to languages are original simplified drawings, hand-written as inline SVG in the site's own source. They are not taken from a flag icon set and carry no third-party licence. National flags themselves are not subject to copyright.
The Voxtiva wordmark, symbol and favicon are ours. They are not covered by any of the licences on this page, and the trademark notice below applies to them.
The Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom logos are not ours. See the next section.

Google Meet and the Google Meet logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft Teams logo are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Zoom and the Zoom logo are trademarks of Zoom Communications, Inc.
Voxtiva uses these names and logos to identify the meeting platforms it works with. That is all. Voxtiva is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise associated with Google, Microsoft or Zoom, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting any of those companies approves of, supports or is connected with Voxtiva.
Voxtiva connects to Zoom through Zoom's published Real-Time Media Streams API, under a Zoom Marketplace app authorised by each host for their own account. Voxtiva joins Google Meet and Microsoft Teams as an ordinary meeting participant that someone in the meeting has to admit.
All other product names, logos and brands on this site are the property of their owners, and appear for identification only. Voxtiva and the Voxtiva symbol are trademarks of Senolytic Lab LLC (セノリティックラブ合同会社).

These are services Voxtiva calls over the network. Their software is not distributed to us and we do not redistribute it, so no open-source licence obligation arises. They are listed because a reader of this page reasonably wants to know what the product is made of.

The AI models Voxtiva uses at DeepInfra are, by their identifiers in our code, google/gemma-4-26B-A4B-it for live translation and deepseek-ai/DeepSeek-V4-Flash for transcript question-answering, highlights and summaries. Both are configurable and may change. The weights run on DeepInfra's infrastructure; Voxtiva neither hosts nor redistributes them.
What we have not yet established. Each of these models is released by its author under the author's own terms: Google publishes Gemma under the Gemma Terms of Use, which carry a Prohibited Use Policy, and DeepSeek publishes its models under a model licence of its own. We reach both through DeepInfra's API rather than by holding the weights, and we have not completed our own analysis of which of those terms flow down to an API consumer, or whether any of them restrict what may be done with model output. We are not going to tell you they do not until we know. If that analysis changes anything for you as a user, it will appear in the Terms of Use and not only here. Licence texts. Every licence named on this page is published by the organisation that wrote it, and the authoritative text is the one they publish. The SPDX identifiers used above (MIT, Apache-2.0, ISC, BSD-2-Clause, BSD-3-Clause, BlueOak-1.0.0, 0BSD, MIT-0, Unlicense, CC-BY-4.0, FSL-1.1-MIT, LGPL-2.1-or-later, GPL-2.0-or-later, AFL-2.1) each resolve to their full text in the SPDX licence list. Source code for the copyleft components we run. As explained at the top of this page, we distribute no copyleft software and so owe no written offer under the GPL or LGPL. We will help anyway. Every copyleft component in the bot container comes from Debian's own repositories, and Debian publishes the exact source it built each binary from, permanently, at sources.debian.org. Email hello@voxtiva.com and we will tell you the exact package name and version we are running so you can retrieve the matching source. If Voxtiva ever begins distributing the container image or any binary built from copyleft source, this section will be replaced with a proper written offer.
