Your first meeting

Start

1. Join your call as usual in Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
2. In Voxtiva, click Start a new meeting.
3. Choose the First language and the Second language spoken in the call.
4. Click Start transcript. Nothing is recorded before you do.

Read it live

1. Your browser opens the live meeting. It shows each line and its translation as people speak.
2. Closed it? On the small Voxtiva bar, click Live meeting.

Stop

1. When the call ends, click Stop on the bar.
2. Voxtiva saves the meeting and writes the summary. See After the meeting.

When Voxtiva notices a meeting

Voxtiva can notice a meeting starting and ask whether to translate it. Click Start to translate it, or Dismiss. It never starts on its own.
