Translate a Zoom call

1. Join the Zoom call as usual.
2. In Voxtiva, click Start a new meeting, choose the two languages, and click Start transcript.
3. Click Live meeting to read the translation.

You do not connect a Zoom account. Voxtiva listens on your computer, and nothing joins the call.

Let Voxtiva notice Zoom calls

1. On the card Let Voxtiva notice Teams and Zoom meetings, click Open Accessibility Settings. Or, in Voxtiva's Settings, under Notice meetings in, click Turn on next to Zoom.

From then on, Voxtiva asks whether to translate when a Zoom call starts.

If words are missing

If Voxtiva shows Some audio may be missing, click the Voxtiva logo at the left of the bar and choose Zoom under Meeting app.
